Phase: Brand positioning, creating brand messages, bringing brand messages to their target

Customer: Granny’s Secret is a delicatessen brand created by the Serbian company Foodland. Their production of high-quality juices, jams and ajvar has received awards in more than 20 countries. Traditional recipes from the Balkans transform hand-picked fruit and vegetables into delicious and healthy specialties. For more than a decade, Granny’s Secret has been working on the production of a broad range of exceptional food products that are popular in many international markets. In the German-speaking market, however, the brand is not yet present.

Project: During the creation of a German website for the introduction of the brand to the German market we composed a specific language for the divulgence of the brand image and messages through the website.

Target: The brand’s corporate image is communicated through credible brand messages, and the distinctive German texts should convince consumers that Granny’s Secret’s products are not mass products but unique, lovingly produced foodstuffs.
